Join us for an hour workshop to learn about the Six Types of Working Genius!

Do you get joy and energy from the work that you do? Are there certain parts of your job that you avoid or find frustrating?

Creator of The Six Types of Working Genius, Patrick Lencioni tells us, "If you want to be successful and fulfilled in your work, you must tap into your gifts. That can't happen if you don't know what those gifts are." In this session, you will discover how understanding natural talents as it relates to accomplishing anything has a direct impact on achieving optimal job placement, employee engagement, and team performance. As you learn about The Six Types of Working Genius, you will change the way you look at your own work, leading a team, and searching for the right job.

The Workshop Facilitators:
Stacy Rutten: Professional Development Coach at Buffalo-Hanover-Montrose School District and a Certified Working Genius Facilitator Coach
Justin Studebaker: Engagement Director at The Alliance and a Certified Working Genius Facilitator Coach
