Join us as we talk with Neil Matouka, California Air Resources Board, about the CoolCalifornia Funding Wizard, a searchable database of grants, rebates and incentives available in California — gathered all in one place —to help you pay for sustainable projects. Neil is responsible for the CoolCalifornia suite of resources for climate action which includes the CoolCalifornia.org website, the Funding Wizard Database, and the Climate Action Portal Map. Additionally, Neil supports local government climate action planning, climate mitigation policy implementation, and research to develop statewide tracking frameworks and insights into effective climate action.
