Jessica Holcombe founded Holcombe Law Group to continue representing emerging and established companies in key aspects of their operations and strategic goals. Prior to founding the firm, Jessica was a senior corporate attorney with RMKB in Silicon Valley advising technology, clean energy, medical services, real estate and telecom companies on business formation, corporate governance, raising funding, equity plans, employment matters, contracts, mergers & acquisitions, ecommerce law, real estate transactions, securities exemptions, private placement memoranda, and IP licensing and protection.

Jessica received her JD/MBA from the University of California, Davis and her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University. Jessica speaks German fluently and is a member of the California Bar and the Auburn Chamber of Commerce.
