September 13 @ 8:00 am - September 14 @ 5:00 pm

DESCRIPTION

As your early stage tech company progresses, sales is soon top-of-mind. You’ve made great strides in developing your product and now you need to crank up the sales engine to drive revenue. In this half-day workshop, we’ll teach you methods to increase your sales traction. This is an interactive workshop — bring your questions!

Part 1: Defining Your Brand
Discover and learn how to define three of the most important elements that make up your brand — how well you know your target audience, how you define your value proposition, and what makes you different from the competition.

Part 2: Sales Life-Cycle
This session will focus on the sales opportunity life-cycle, from identifying who the customer is within your target account, to contacting them, qualifying that they are a true prospect and have a real need, and then the management of that opportunity through to closure. The focus will be on shortening your sales cycle and ensuring the opportunities you add into your pipeline are more qualified with a much higher chance of success.

Part 3: Traction and Growth Hacking
What do you need to do to start driving early traction for your business? How can you get to a sustainable point as fast as possible? We’ll teach you some proven methods for jump-starting your revenue curve.

Part 4: Pulling it All Together
Our presenters come together for an “Ask Me Anything” panel. Here’s your chance to get answers to questions specific to your business.
