Dear <<First Name>>,

You don't need us to tell you that the world has changed significantly since our March Newsletter. We're all learning how to move forward in a dramatically shifted paradigm. CleanStart is now staying connected with our community through our To Dos webinars -- a periodic 30-minute check-in held over Zoom with a featured guest to share their insights on coping with the COVID-19 crisis. Details on how to join these check-ins are below. And now back to our regular programming...Our featured company is RAF Electronics, who is pioneering new technologies to improve directional lighting. We invite you to join us online on April 14 for Green Drinks and on April 30 for our Monthly Meetup, this time in partnership with AgStart and focused on Waste-to-Energy technologies.   And lastly, we've rounded up the latest clean tech news in our region so you can stay up-to-date! All the details are below.

RAF Electronics is a 2019 CALSEED awardee pioneering new technologies to dramatically improve directional lighting by using non-imaging optics (optimal transfer of light radiation between a source and a target) to produce high technology lighting. The RAF lighting solution offers a line of cool running, ultra-efficient, full-spectrum Theatrical Spotlights. Looking like traditional Theater Spotlights, they differ by using proprietary technology of non-imaging reflector optics to reduce energy consumption for both customers and utilities.  Continue reading on our Blog.
