Dear <<First Name>>,

Virtual is the new reality! We've missed seeing you in person, but we've kept the momentum going thanks to modern technology and platforms like Zoom! CleanStart is staying connected with our community through our To Dos webinars -- periodic 30-minute check-ins held over Zoom with a featured guest to share their insights on coping with the COVID-19 crisis or just moving your business forward. Upcoming To Dos are listed in the events section below. Our featured company for May is Springboard Biodisel who makes an appliance for producing biodiesel fuel from waste cooking oil. We invite you to join us online on on May 28 for our Monthly CleanTech Meetup which is themed around Electrification.  And lastly, we've rounded up the latest clean tech news in our region so you can stay up-to-date! All the details are below.

Springboard Biodiesel
Chico-based Springboard Biodiesel LLC is a family-owned manufacturing company that got its start in the early aughts when Chico State engineering students researched what was available on the market for producing biodiesel fuel from waste cooking oil and discovered an opportunity to make a better, more robust and fully automated appliance. They designed what is now known as the BioPro™, and in 2008 Springboard Biodiesel was formed to commercialize the new processors.  Continue reading on our Blog.
