Climate Coffee

would like to invite you to the next 350 Sacramento Climate Coffee on Sunday September 18, at 10:00 am, running to 11:30 or noon. Additional news and discussion items & links welcome. Hope to see you there!
The regular second Sunday of this month I will be away on travel. From feedback, the Climate Coffee will be on the third Sunday in September.

This meeting will have (1) an outdoor location, (2) six feet minimum, separation distance, and (3) please be fully vaccinated. If you previously brought your vaccine record card, there is no need to bring it again. If this is your first visit, would you please bring the “Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card”, either a hard copy, or a smartphone photo of it.

Location: Same as the August meeting: William Land Park. See the attached map and photo of our meeting spot.
Driving Directions: Initially drive to the Land Park Rock Garden. Select the “Rock Garden” on 15th avenue in the park. A street sign on 15th Avenue says “no outlet”. Note that this avenue DOES provide a through connection to the rest of the park. Enter the park at Land Park Drive at 15th avenue, and after you reach the Rock Garden, continue in the same direction, east along 15th avenue. At the end of 15th avenue, you will come to a one-way street where you turn right. After the turn, our spot is just a few yards south, on the right side of the road. Date & Time: Sunday September 18, from 10:00 am until 11:30 am or noon.
Parking: Available on the side of the adjacent one way street.
Please bring a chair or cushion for seating.
We will have an area under the trees – Restrooms are about 300 yards away.
